Our client, a leading provider of Webfleet Solutions in the
UK, pioneered fleet efficiency through their Fleet Performance Partnership Programme,
FLEETiQ. However, they encountered challenges with their Vehicle Management Solution,
which integrates with Webfleet API to provide real-time vehicle and driver activity data.
Issues ranged from inaccurate reporting to user management difficulties. Our team embarked
on a comprehensive solution implementation process to address these concerns and enhance
functionality

The client encountered several challenges with their Vehicle Management Solution, ranging from data inaccuracies to usability issues. Our solution
Our solution focused on systematically addressing each identified issue to ensure comprehensive improvement of the Vehicle Management Solution. We began by optimizing the Hangfire server, rectifying issues that hindered the execution of scheduled tasks, thereby ensuring timely data updates. Additionally, we implemented enhancements to improve data accuracy across various reports, such as speeding zone and Opti Drive reports, by refining logical conditions and implementations. Collaborating with the Webfleet service provider, we seamlessly integrated the DriverKPI API to enhance real-time data accuracy, resolving inconsistencies in data provided by the Webfleet API.
Furthermore, we prioritized user experience enhancements, introducing features like adding a company field in employee registration and implementing account-switching functionality for administrators. Our approach also included developing customized reports tailored to client-specific requirements, including month-wise usage and Opti Drive reports, ensuring comprehensive data representation. We addressed data update challenges by developing migration functions enabling seamless synchronization with Webfleet API updates.
Moreover, we delivered a consolidated PPT report, the
Auto-board-Pack Report, providing clients with a streamlined overview of all application
insights. Finally, we integrated speeding letter generation capabilities according to the
provided formats, enhancing compliance and reporting functionalities. Through these
strategic interventions, we successfully transformed the Vehicle Management Solution,
equipping our client with a robust and efficient platform poised for continued growth and
success in the fleet management industry.
